In this document you will find the guidelines and regulations that will guide your educational work at our centre. We appreciate your collaboration and dedication to ensuring a high quality academic experience for our students.
At the end of this document, you will find a declaration of responsibility which we ask you to sign if you accept the conditions laid down.
Duration and remuneration of classes
Each class will last 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Punctuality and Connectivity
Advance Connection: It is essential that teachers are connected to the platform at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.
Preparation: Teachers must ensure that their computer equipment does not have any technical or internet connection problems that could prevent the class from running smoothly.
Teaching materials
Provision of Readings: Teachers should provide CEAF with readings in PDF or Word format. These materials are essential for students to familiarise themselves with the subject before class.
Advance notice: It is recommended that the readings be sent at least one week in advance to allow students to consult them.
Structure of the Class
Exposition: The first 60 minutes of the class will be dedicated to the presentation of the content by the teacher.
Discussion and Questions: The last 30 minutes will be reserved for discussion and answering students’ questions, thus fostering a space for interaction and active learning.
Compliance with the Agreed Timeframe
Respect for Time: Teachers undertake to respect the agreed duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes per class. It is important to keep to this timetable, as the CEAF will not pay for additional time.
Notification of Incapacity: In the event of the teacher’s inability to comply with the agreed duration, he/she must inform the person in charge of training activities or the director of the Centre beforehand.
Freedom of Opinion and Expression
The CEAF undertakes to respect the freedom of opinion and expression of the teaching staff, provided that these remain within the limits of respect and professionalism.

Teacher Responsibility
Accuracy of information: Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and reliability of information provided during lessons. Teachers are expected to use reliable and up-to-date sources to ensure quality education.
Content Guidelines
Specific Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to disseminate ideas that promote hatred, racism, discrimination or any content that goes against human rights.
